Using ‘intelligent’ lead generation means incorporating various marketing strategies that result in immediate sales opportunities, while developing long-term or latent prospects. Incorporating database marketing, long-term and short-term nurture campaigns, direct mail and e-mail marketing, all in conjunction with a pro-active telemarketing program, is the optimal blend of marketing mix.

Early on, I learned that telemarketing was a powerful business generation tool. My first experience with telemarketing was in 1986 during a fundraising activity for the Dobson High School debate team. We called high-income households to generate leads for a national securities broker. When the evening was over, my five-dollar per hour compensation was donated to the team, and I was offered a part-time position.

My passion for the last 20 years has been business development and marketing through telemarketing, sales, and sales support. It has always given me great pleasure to work with sales people and help them increase their income while meeting the profitability goals of the company. Building long-term personal and professional relationships is a core value of mine, and forms the basis of my business and selling philosophy.
